"Moving Made Easy"

Along my 6 year journey to get where I am today, I have constantly remained in student mode! I seriously learn something new all the time! I would consider myself a good mover, In this industry there are many movers who are GREAT, then on the other han there are just as many that are Trash and shouldn't even pick up their own furniture let alone getting paid to move other people's valuables(That felt good to say!). Moving comes down to a mindset and the ability to plan a few steps ahead and when you do it as a profession, you'll always need to be in learning/training mode an never feel like you know it all. On another hand it's important to speak up and communicate clearly so if something is about to go wrong that even if hard heads prevail they were aware of the potential hazards. The most important thing is for a mover to show up, an show up on time, I take this very seriously because I know there are many moving parts in any move and you never know what's going on in their moving process. ADAPTING is crucial during the moving process, even amongst chaos. Then the FINAL TWO pieces, Patience, an skill. You can't learn too much if you're more focused on speed than safety and efficiency. It's important to find a balance between performing the service, and learning as you go. The Skill comes with time, attention to detail, and repetition. Most movers I've come across lack in the mentality region where you really have to put your customer's wants and needs above your logic which may or may not be in line with their desires for the service. I've only very lightly touched on these different areas of moving, but believe me when I say that each area has it's fair share of nuances! If you'd like me to make a vieo on this or another topic, please be sure and comment below. I truly made this blog to emphasize the amount of mental effort in addition to the physical aspects of moving there are to perform a good service for you and your family!
