Standard Deposit Policy

Deposit Paid before appointment to Hold a 2hr block($25 per an additional hour you'd like to hold
- When we complete appointment, deposit is
credited towards total balance.
- If you
cancel up to the day before appt. you get $25 refunded
- If you
reschedule up to the day before appt. we transfer your deposit($25 charge after 1st reschedule up to 2 reschedules) From There you'll need to pay in full and it's non-refundable.
- Whether you're booking for a Delivery, 2hr minimum, or a 5hr or all day block, you'll be required to pay up front the day before or before starting the job. If the job goes over then at the end of the job the remaining hours will be charged.
- If we are unable to finish a job due to a hostile working environment created by the customer, management will charge the card on file for the actual time worked, or the 2 hour minimum, whichever is greater, the deposit will not be refunded, and the customer will be banned from any further bookings with Man and Dolly.
- If for any reason the Man and Dolly team is unable to make it to a job, 100% the deposit will be refunded to the customer.
- Any customer who must cancel their scheduled appointment, giving notice more than 5 days before the job, will be eligible for a full refund of their deposit.
